  • Encourage consistent practices around backlog hygiene, workflow management, and delivery tracking to strengthen transparency and accountability.
  • Help teams interpret delivery metrics and flow indicators to identify opportunities to improve predictability, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Contribute insights that help leadership understand delivery patterns and systemic impediments.
  • Partner with leaders and delivery teams to strengthen understanding of Agile principles, team dynamics, and effective collaboration practices.
  • Facilitate retrospectives, learning sessions, and improvement workshops that help teams evolve their practices.
  • Provide practical guidance and coaching that helps teams adapt Agile practices to their context while maintaining focus on outcomes and value delivery.
  • Engage with stakeholders across ITS and the broader WBG community to build understanding of Agile ways of working and how they support the organization’s transformation goals.
  • Communicate clearly with executive leadership and business partners on how Agile practices improve transparency, collaboration, and value delivery.
  • Help translate Agile frameworks and delivery practices into clear, mission-oriented narratives that resonate with non-technical audiences.
  • Support leaders in understanding how Agile adoption strengthens the institution’s ability to deliver outcomes in support of the WBG mission.
