Note: Your contact information (email, phone) is never displayed publicly. Others can only reach you through our in-app messaging.
Profile Access Levels
We provide granular control over who can view your full profile details:
👥 Peer Access (Fellow Job Seekers)
Other job seekers (peers) can see basic information on your profile such as name, headline, and limited skills. To view your full profile details including work experience descriptions and highlights, they must request access. You can approve or deny these requests at any time.
🏢 Recruiter Access
Verified recruiters can view your full profile without needing to request access, allowing them to efficiently identify and reach out to candidates. This helps you get discovered for job opportunities faster. You can still control your overall discoverability in settings.
