Welcome to Global Roles

Global Roles is operated by Axiomless Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axiomless Private Limited governing your access to and use of the Global Roles platform (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Global Roles. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per person; we reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, or collect data from the Platform by any automated or manual means
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or similar technology without our express written permission
  • Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content
  • Impersonate another person, entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Platform
  • Use the Platform in any way that could damage our reputation or goodwill

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to legal liability.

4. User Content & License

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform
  • By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process your content in connection with operating and improving the Platform and our services
  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights
  • We may remove, modify, or restrict access to any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice
  • We are not responsible for any user-submitted content and make no representations regarding its accuracy

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Tier: Basic access with limited features, subject to change at any time
  • Paid Tiers: Premium features as described at the time of purchase; feature availability may be modified
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors; we are not responsible for their actions or failures
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes apply to new billing cycles
  • We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features or tiers at any time

6. Privacy & Data

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Profile Visibility

  • You control your profile visibility settings: Private or Discoverable
  • When set to Discoverable, other users and recruiters may view your professional information
  • Peers may request access to view additional profile details, which you can approve or deny
  • We make no guarantees regarding who may view your public information once made discoverable
  • You acknowledge that information you make public may be indexed by search engines or accessed by third parties
  • We may integrate with verified agencies, organizations, or HR/ERP systems to facilitate recruitment and talent sourcing; discoverable profiles may be accessible through such integrations

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content, features, functionality, design, code, trademarks, and branding (excluding user-submitted content) are the exclusive property of Axiomless Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

  • We expressly disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy
  • We do not guarantee job placement, employment outcomes, or career advancement
  • Job listings are aggregated and indexed from multiple external portals (including UN agencies, international organizations, and other sources). The information displayed is summarized and reformatted using AI/LLMs for easier viewing. We make no representations regarding its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Always click the "Apply" button to visit the official source for complete and authoritative job details before making any decisions.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying all information on official sources before relying on it or making any decisions
  • AI-powered features are informational tools only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
  • We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any employer, job opportunity, or user listed on the Platform
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
  • We are not responsible for any third-party services, websites, or content linked from the Platform

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXIOMLESS PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform
  • Any content or information obtained from the Platform
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Actions or omissions of third parties on or connected to the Platform
  • Job application outcomes, career decisions, or reliance on AI-generated content
  • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss

In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have actually paid us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiomless Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

12. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at support@globalroles.com. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

You agree that any proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under your local consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
  • Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these Terms
