See your match score & applyThe incumbent will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office, using Microsoft-based tools including Excel, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of key grant datasets covering portfolio tracking, reporting, financial burn rates, activity logs, and performance indicators, coordinating regular updates and contributing to dashboard development to support analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated Grant Management Information System for the West Bank Field Office using Microsoft-based tools including Excel, Microsoft Lists, and Power BI
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and usability of key grant datasets covering portfolio tracking, reporting, financial burn rates, activity logs, and performance indicators
- Coordinate regular updates such as monthly financial data and quarterly performance tracking
- Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards to support analysis and decision-making
- Work closely with Project Officers, programme units, and finance colleagues to collect and validate data
- Ensure consistency and adherence to agreed standards in data management
- Manage data flows across teams and support colleagues in the effective use of the system with a high degree of coordination and autonomy
Requirements
- University degree in information systems, data management, computer science, statistics, business administration, finance, or a related field is required
- Professional training or certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or information management is an asset
- At least 3 years demonstrated experience in managing structured datasets and supporting programme, grant, or operational processes is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Lists for structured data collection and management is required
- Practical experience with Power BI, tableau or similar, including data transformation (Power Query) and basic data modelling is desirable
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including extracting, interpreting, and reconciling financial data is desirable but not essential
- Experience designing and maintaining standardized data collection tools and processes is desirable
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools, including creating basic automated workflows is desirable
