Programme Associate

Under the supervision and guidance of the Deputy Representative (Programmes), the Programme Associate provides specialized programme and administrative support to facilitate the development, implementation and monitoring of UNICEF's programmes. The role involves data analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and compliance with organizational rules.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education is required.
• Professional and/or university courses related to the field of work are highly desirable.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Administration, administrative experience, clerical work experience, and any other related fields.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) is desirable.
• Pashto language, Dari language, Persian language is an asset.
• Relevant university study is an advantage.
• Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
