Responsibilities
- Provide specialized support to programs and administration to facilitate development, implementation, and monitoring of UNICEF programs.
- Engage significantly in data analysis, budget monitoring, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all administrative and project/program support activities to ensure office efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor programs and provide insightful recommendations to support planning, implementation, and reporting of program results.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compelling presentation of information to guide strategic program adjustments.
- Coordinate projects, manage partnerships, monitor grants, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage resources effectively by tracking budgets, funding, and partner-related processes.
- Produce quality reports and analyses for donors and program teams.
- Utilize digital tools, artificial intelligence, and collaborative platforms to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Support capacity-building activities, field missions, and emergency interventions to contribute to sustainable results for children.
Requirements
- Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management/Administration, Operations, or any related field.
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a recognized higher education institution in a relevant field can substitute for three years of relevant professional experience.
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) can substitute for two additional years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Administration, Grant Management, Budget Management, Data Analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, Donor Reporting, Partnership Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Tools, Event Coordination, and related fields.
- Professional proficiency in French.
- Desirable: Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) or a local language.
- Desirable: Professional English, SAP Administration, Power BI, Regulatory Compliance.
- Relevant country-level experience, especially in development, fragile, and humanitarian contexts, is essential and must be included in all offers.
