The consultancy aims to design and implement a development plan to strengthen soft skills aligned with UNICEF's core values and competencies, promoting professional and personal growth of staff in Nicaragua. It includes coaching support and a follow-up activity to reinforce skills application in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a plan to strengthen soft skills of UNICEF staff in Nicaragua aligned with UNICEF's values and core competencies.
• Provide specialized technical support in coaching and organizational development.
• Conduct follow-up activities to reinforce the skills developed and their application in the work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Organizational Development or related fields from a recognized university.
• Certification in Coaching (ICF, ICC, or other recognized) is desirable.
• Any other coaching specialty is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive coaching, soft skills development, and leadership.
• Experience designing and implementing mentoring programs and organizational development workshops.
• Strategic capacity to integrate organizational approach and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for virtual and in-person work.
• Proficiency in digital tools for sessions and reporting.
• Fluent Spanish language skills.
• Previous experience in international organizations, NGOs, and diverse multicultural environments is desirable.
