See your match score & applyThe Child Protection Specialist leads and supports programmes addressing violence against children, strengthens response services and case management systems, and drives sustainable results that uphold children's rights and well-being. The role involves programme development, management, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation within the country programme, focusing on response to all forms of violence against children.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in International Development, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Rights, International Law, or another relevant social science field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in child protection, programme development, case management, gender-based violence, justice for children, program management, monitoring and evaluation, partnership building, advocacy, capacity building and social work-related areas is required.
- Monitoring and Evaluation skills.
- Experience in Child Protection, Psychology, Social Science, Social Work, International Development.
- Fluency in French and Malagasy, and intermediate level of English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) is desirable.
- Humanitarian experience, results-based management, case management systems, social service workforce strengthening, justice for children, interagency coordination is desirable.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is desirable.
