The consultant will drive strategic relationship-building and resource generation for UNFPA Lebanon through impactful partnership communication, managing visibility plans, producing multimedia content, and supporting donor engagement activities over a 6-month part-time consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Communication & Visibility plan for the Mustaqbali Khayari Joint Programme including branding workshops, production and dissemination of visibility materials, and social media content aligned with key international dates.
  • Produce impact videos and human interest stories for publication on UNFPA/UNICEF social media channels.
  • Track and report on reach, engagement, and sentiment analytics for all content.
  • Manage ongoing visibility and content generation for UNFPA Lebanon's communication strategies for partnerships and donors.
  • Coordinate installation of branded materials and plaques across supported facilities ensuring adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Produce, edit, and publish weekly audiovisual posts highlighting field activities and donor partnerships.
  • Conduct branding audits and quality control during field visits.
  • Support documentation of UNFPA’s humanitarian response through ethical story and visual collection.
  • Organize and support donor events, high-level field visits, and strategic engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing notes, factsheets, partner profiles, and pitch materials for partner engagement and advocacy.
  • Draft and refine narrative proposals, concept notes, and return-on-investment briefs for UNFPA's priorities.

Requirements

  • Master's in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related social sciences.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in impactful communications, multimedia storytelling, and social media management in Lebanon.
  • Demonstrated experience working with humanitarian/development donors and adhering to strict donor branding guidelines.
  • Proven track record in video production, photojournalism, and writing human-interest stories.
  • Experience conducting field visits and ethically collecting content from vulnerable populations (GBV survivors, refugees, youth).
  • Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in written and spoken English.
