Consultoría de apoyo técnico para la entrega de resultados regionales del ERCE 2025

The consultant will contribute to data analysis of the ERCE 2025 in learning achievements, associated factors, socio-emotional skills and writing, generating required data reviews and analyses for various publications. They will also support the development of communication products for regional and national delivery of ERCE 2025 results, create clear visualizations, deepen analyses, and assist in reviewing publications and dissemination materials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to data analysis of ERCE 2025 in learning achievements, associated factors, socio-emotional skills and writing, generating required data reviews and analyses for various publications.
• Support analysis and development of various products for communication and delivery of ERCE 2025 results at regional and national levels (presentations, briefs, minutes, etc.) in coordination with the LLECE team, generating inputs adapted to different audiences.
• Create clear and precise visualizations for different audiences based on ERCE results.
• Deepen analyses based on obtained results and systematize information for different result deliveries.
• Support review for closing publications and dissemination materials of ERCE 2025 and other laboratory initiatives.
• Provide technical support to LLECE in related processes.
• Support other LLECE activities according to availability and institutional needs of the Office.

Requirements

• Master's degree in education, public policy, sociology, economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and delivery of large-scale evaluation results.
• Experience working in institutions related to large-scale evaluation such as ministries of education, research centers or similar is valued.
• Knowledge of educational evaluations, analysis and use of educational results.
• Experience in managing and using database information.
• Proven experience in delivering educational evaluation results at national and/or international levels.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in professional and multicultural contexts.
• High capacity for planning and organization.
• Fluency in Spanish.
