The Project Associate (Knowledge Management and Reporting) supports the development and implementation of Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy/plan and prepares progress reports for the Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh Project. The role involves producing success stories, conducting research and data analysis, coordinating information collection, and supporting advocacy and communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and dissemination of knowledge and learning materials including success stories, lessons learned, and publications.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to generate knowledge materials for web-based and printed forms.
  • Compile data and inputs from field teams for donor and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate with all project components to ensure timely collection of information for results reports and knowledge products.
  • Propose and promote creative solutions for knowledge management within the project and organization.
  • Assist the Advocacy and Communication component in enriching and updating the project web page.
  • Support the preparation of different progress reports including quarterly and annual reports.
  • Develop Terms of Reference and supervise consultants or consulting firms to ensure quality reporting and data quality.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing notes for high-level meetings.
  • Provide logistical and operational support for results and lessons learned exercises and share final documents widely.
  • Assist in developing and implementing Knowledge Management and Learning Strategy/plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in knowledge management, reporting, or related areas.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and documentation is required.
  • Ability to produce success case stories, lessons learned, and other publications.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple project components and teams for timely information collection.
  • Skills in preparing progress reports, including quarterly and annual reports.
  • Experience in developing Terms of Reference and supervising consultants or consulting firms.
  • Ability to prepare presentations and briefing notes for high-level meetings.
  • Experience providing logistical and operational support for results and lessons learned exercises.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management and learning strategies and plans.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in advocacy and communication support, including web page updating.
