See your match score & applyThe Data Collection and Quality Control Clerk will support the review and quality control of data, documents, cadastral records, and other forms related to the mass land titling process in the Panama Canal Watershed. The role involves data entry, document management, public engagement, and ensuring compliance with government regulations to support sustainable watershed management and socio-economic development.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory of files: register generated files, track their location or status, control entries and exits, maintain order and custody.
- Perform quality control of files: cadastral records, personal documents (identity cards, birth certificates, public deeds, certifications, etc.) and other forms.
- Enter cadastral data into databases managed by the Technical Support Unit, ensuring data integrity and compliance with ANATI quality controls.
- Support generation, editing, and quality control of cadastral maps to meet ANATI requirements.
- Participate in public exhibitions in various communities alongside other officials.
- Safeguard assigned vehicles, equipment, and program base facilities.
- Execute assigned tasks and related duties.
- Support implementation of socio-economic and environmental development plans in rural areas of the Panama Canal Watershed, promoting integrated and sustainable local management and achieving project goals related to water protection and integrated resource management.
- Participate in meetings with community residents for accountability and program promotion, and follow up on adjudication procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School certificate with 3 years of experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as data collector, office clerk, or administrative positions (with secondary education).
- No experience required with a completed bachelor's degree.
- Experience and/or knowledge in Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive, Zoom, SharePoint, among others.
- Desired experience in document and file management: data entry, quality control, and drafting.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience with office tools: word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, emails, agendas, and geographic location tools.
- Basic knowledge of cadastral and land titling processes.
