See your match score & applyThe Coordinador/a de Programa will lead the technical and operational management of the AtlasTP program, coordinating its design, development, curation, and deployment. The role involves working closely with the Subsecretaría de Educación Superior and the Líder de Programa Chile Crece TP to ensure coherence with the broader agenda and to strengthen the technical-professional education system in Chile.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and progress of the AtlasTP Program.
- Report periodically to the Subsecretaría de Educación Superior and the Líder de Programa Chile Crece TP on program progress, indicators, and lessons learned.
- Prepare reports, minutes, and presentations documenting program criteria, methodologies, and results for the Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Asesor.
- Act as technical counterpart to organizations joining the AtlasTP ecosystem, including foundations, corporations, and networks of technical-professional institutions.
- Coordinate the formation and strengthening of alliances with public, private, and educational actors relevant to the platform.
- Coordinate and manage the adaptation of AtlasTP to include Technical-Professional Higher Education institutions.
- Coordinate and manage the redesign of registration forms to include results fields, monitoring and impact indicators, and other platform strengthening functions.
- Define and implement registration and editorial curation criteria.
- Ensure quality and consistency of information registered and communicated on the platform.
- Promote the collection and systematization of excellent formative models for visibility on the platform.
- Design mechanisms to make robust experiences accessible and replicable for less systematic institutions.
- Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and other materials to report learnings, progress, and methodological adjustments.
- Contribute to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
- Maintain organized records of data, activities, case studies, and other relevant documents for knowledge exchange and promotion.
- Perform other functions within the professional profile necessary for the implementation of AtlasTP and advisory needs of the Subsecretaría de Educación Superior.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy or related field is required.
- Candidates with a Master's degree do not require prior work experience.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree require a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience includes developing or applying quantitative and qualitative methodologies for data collection, analysis, and systematization.
- Experience in designing labor market analysis instruments and methodologies related to technical-professional education institutions.
- Proven experience working with Technical-Professional Higher Education Institutions (CFT and/or IP).
- Experience using remote work tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, cloud storage, and collaborative tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Outlook email and its functionalities.
- Experience designing, executing, or evaluating studies, instruments, or policies linking educational institutions and the productive sector.
- Experience working with at least 3 higher education institutions (CFT, IP).
- Experience participating or leading advisory councils, committees, or intersectoral working groups related to technical-professional training.
- Experience providing technical advice to multilateral or international cooperation organizations on technical-professional education or labor markets.
- Experience with large-scale follow-up programs in Technical-Professional Higher Education.
- At least 2 technical publications, participation in international comparative studies, or presentations in intersectoral forums on Technical-Professional Training.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
- Candidates must provide certificates or similar documents to prove experience with the mentioned tools.
- Official national and international travel is expected.
