See your match score & applyThe Communication Coordination Analyst will plan, implement, and supervise the integrated communication and advocacy strategy of the project, ensuring institutional visibility of its actions and results. The role includes technical leadership of communication teams, coordination with other projects, and management of communication products and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the integrated communication strategy of the project, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and guidelines of STJ and UNDP.
- Define clear goals, operational schedules and performance indicators for internal and external communication actions, focusing on dissemination of results, event promotion and audience engagement.
- Monitor and measure impact indicators of executed actions, producing periodic performance reports on results and impact.
- Continuously evaluate quality, consistency and accessibility of editorial and visual products, proposing strategic adjustments and corrections as needed.
- Supervise, guide and coordinate daily activities of the communication team allocated to the project, promoting an integrated, safe, efficient and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor individual and collective team performance, providing qualified technical support and continuous feedback to encourage professional development and constant improvement.
- Coordinate internal communication demand flows, ensuring compliance with institutional deadlines and technical excellence standards.
- Coordinate, supervise, produce and review technical, institutional and advertising materials (graphic and digital formats).
- Coordinate production and develop multi-format content (articles, social media, newsletters, reports, etc.) based on technical inputs.
- Coordinate production and develop texts for institutional materials such as brochures, bulletins and reports to disseminate and strengthen project actions.
- Coordinate strategic agenda setting, planning, organization and execution of institutional campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with project guidelines and institutional objectives of STJ.
- Ensure technical rigor and alignment of reports, bulletins, guides, manuals and content for events or training with project visual identity and institutional standards.
- Plan and strategically manage project social media and digital channels, supervising campaign creation, relevant content production and technical engagement analysis.
- Ensure constant updating, maintenance, quality and relevance of information published on websites or digital platforms related to project initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct strategic interlocution with media outlets, organizing release production, interview scheduling and journalistic coverage of project actions.
- Manage communication and relationships with courts, civil society organizations, international bodies, internal STJ areas and other key actors to expand reach and dissemination of project initiatives.
- Actively participate in meetings, committees and events related to communication area, ensuring perfect alignment with institutional project guidelines.
- Supervise and prepare informative materials, technical briefs and executive presentations for high-level meetings and strategic partner engagements.
- Supervise and technically coordinate communication activities of consultancies and teams allocated to project axes.
- Lead the project's technical communication team, promoting a collaborative environment, skills development and continuous alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and manage technical and operational risks, proposing evidence-based solutions and reporting critical bottlenecks to General Coordination.
- Guide communication team members in developing technical skills.
- Lead team evaluation cycles under supervision, ensuring feedback discussions occur within institutional deadlines.
- Set individual and collective work goals in line with project documents and work plans.
- Plan and manage project team absence schedules.
- Systematize learnings, evidence and best practices generated within the project.
- Produce technical documents, reports and strategic materials to support decision-making and institutional dissemination.
Requirements
- Advanced University Diploma (Master's degree or equivalent) in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related fields is required, or a Bachelor's degree in these fields combined with 2 additional years of qualified experience will be duly considered as a substitute for the advanced diploma.
- Candidates with an advanced university diploma (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant area do not require professional experience.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree must have at least 2 years of professional experience in communication and/or advocacy activities (implementation of communication strategies, digital communication and social media management, production of institutional materials, media relations, articulation and engagement with strategic audiences, event organization, etc.).
- Experience in public, institutional and strategic communication.
- Experience in the Judiciary or other institutions of the Brazilian justice system.
- Experience in national or international cooperation projects on human rights, gender, race and ethnicity, social justice, diversity and inclusion, and related areas.
- Experience in leadership and/or coordination of technical communication teams and people management.
- Experience in supervising editorial and visual processes (text revision, graphic design, development of technical and institutional publications), and media relations (preparing releases, organizing interviews and promoting institutional events).
- Fluency in Portuguese is required.
- Intermediate level of English is required.
