Asistente de Proyecto en Diseño Instruccional para Programas de Formación

This position supports the strengthening of training and capacity development processes led by CONANP through instructional design and articulation of educational programs that enhance pedagogical quality, educational innovation, and learning experiences aligned with institutional priorities in conservation and management of protected natural areas.

Responsibilities

• Support review, update and monitoring of academic planning in coordination with UNRC and CONANP, ensuring alignment with established training objectives.
• Develop academic content in collaboration with specialists from various thematic axes to guarantee quality and relevance of training materials.
• Design and update pedagogical structure of learning units, defining activities, didactic resources and evaluation mechanisms according to the educational model through instructional scripts.
• Verify pedagogical consistency between contents, learning strategies, didactic resources and evaluation criteria, promoting achievement of academic objectives.
• Provide technical follow-up with multimedia design team and designated CONANP and UNRC instances to ensure proper implementation and academic development.
• Follow up on academic review and validation process of contents and materials, incorporating observations and adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Support review and validation of contents implemented in the educational platform, verifying correct integration and correspondence with approved instructional design.
• Integrate, organize and manage academic documentation, instructional scripts and evaluation instruments, ensuring their update and control during program development.

Requirements

• Candidates with high school diploma (Certificado de preparatoria/Bachillerato) are required.
• University studies at first level (Licenciatura) in Pedagogy, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Educational Technologies or related areas are not required but will be duly considered.
• For candidates with high school diploma, 5 years of verifiable experience is required.
• For candidates with university studies at first level (Licenciatura), 2 years of experience in design of didactic materials and learning sequences is required.
• Experience in educational didactic content.
• Knowledge and experience in elaboration of learning objectives, practical activities and formative evaluation criteria is desired.
• Knowledge and experience in instructional design of modules and development of active teaching strategies is desired.
• Knowledge and experience in elaboration of technical reports and academic presentations is desired.
• Knowledge and experience in design of educational and scientific evaluation instruments is desired.
• Knowledge and experience in management and analysis of databases in SPSS, advanced Excel, advanced programming in Matlab and Python is desired.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas) is an advantage.
• Applicant must be Mexican citizen or foreigner with migratory status allowing the function to be performed.
