The Analista Coordenador(a) de Comunicação will plan, implement, and supervise the integrated communication and advocacy strategy of the project, ensuring institutional visibility of its actions and results. The role involves technical leadership of communication, design, editorial production teams, and coordination with other communication teams and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and supervise the integrated communication and advocacy strategy of the project, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and guidelines.
  • Define clear goals, operational schedules and performance indicators for internal and external communication actions.
  • Monitor and measure impact indicators of communication actions, producing periodic performance reports.
  • Evaluate quality, consistency and accessibility of editorial and visual products, proposing strategic adjustments.
  • Supervise, guide and coordinate daily activities of the communication team, promoting an integrated, safe, efficient and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor individual and collective team performance, providing qualified technical support and continuous feedback.
  • Coordinate internal communication demand flows, ensuring deadlines and technical excellence standards are met.
  • Coordinate, supervise, produce and review technical, institutional and advertising materials in graphic and digital formats.
  • Coordinate production and elaboration of multi-format content (articles, social media, newsletters, reports) from technical inputs.
  • Coordinate production and writing of institutional materials such as brochures, bulletins and reports to disseminate and strengthen project actions.
  • Coordinate strategic agenda setting, planning, organization and execution of institutional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure technical rigor and alignment of reports, bulletins, guides, manuals and event or training content with project visual identity and institutional standards.
  • Plan and strategically manage project social media and digital channels, supervising campaign creation, content production and engagement analysis.
  • Ensure constant updating, maintenance, quality and relevance of information published on websites or digital platforms related to project initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic interlocution with media outlets, managing release production, interview scheduling and journalistic coverage.
  • Manage communication with courts, civil society organizations, international bodies, internal STJ areas and other key actors to expand reach and dissemination.
  • Participate actively in meetings, committees and events related to communication, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines.
  • Supervise and prepare informative materials, technical briefs and executive presentations for high-level meetings and strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise and technically coordinate communication activities of consultancies and teams allocated to project axes.
  • Lead the technical communication team, promoting collaborative environment, skills development and continuous alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and manage technical and operational risks, proposing evidence-based solutions and reporting critical bottlenecks.
  • Guide communication team members in technical skills development.
  • Lead team evaluation cycles, ensuring feedback discussions occur within institutional deadlines.
  • Build individual and collective work goals aligned with project documents and work plans.
  • Plan and manage team absence schedules.
  • Systematize learnings, evidence and best practices generated within the project.
  • Produce technical documents, reports and strategic materials to support decision-making and institutional dissemination.
  • Perform other functions within the functional profile necessary for project operation.

Requirements

  • Diploma Universitário avançado (Mestrado ou equivalente) em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas, Ciências Sociais ou áreas afins é requerido, ou
  • Diploma do Ensino Superior (Bacharelado) em Comunicação Social, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas, Ciências Sociais ou áreas afins combinado com 2 (dois) anos adicionais de experiência qualificada, será devidamente considerado em substituição ao Diploma Universitário avançado.
  • Candidatos com Diploma Universitário avançado (Mestrado ou equivalente) em área relevante não precisam de experiência profissional.
  • Candidatos com Diploma de Ensino Superior (Bacharelado) devem possuir, no mínimo, 2 (dois) anos de experiência profissional em atividades de comunicação e/ou advocacy (implementação de estratégias de comunicação, gestão de comunicação digital e redes sociais, produção de materiais institucionais, relacionamento com a imprensa, articulação e atuação junto a públicos estratégicos, organização de eventos, etc.).
  • Experiência em comunicação pública, institucional e estratégica.
  • Experiência no Poder Judiciário ou em outras instituições do sistema de justiça brasileiro.
  • Experiência em projetos de cooperação nacional ou internacional nas pautas de direitos humanos, gênero, raça e etnia, justiça social, diversidade e inclusão, e áreas afins.
  • Experiência em liderança e/ou coordenação de equipes técnicas de comunicação e gestão de pessoas.
  • Experiência na supervisão de processos editoriais e visuais (revisão de textos, design gráfico, desenvolvimento de publicações técnicas e institucionais), e na relação com a mídia (elaboração de releases, organização de entrevistas e promoção de eventos institucionais).
  • Fluência em português é requerido.
  • Nível Intermediário de inglês é requerido.
