Grants Compliance Manager

The Grants Compliance Manager coordinates grant management and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality and timely donor reports. The role supports program and support teams on grant management and advises on donor compliance and Plan International CAR regulations to ensure grants are implemented on time, according to requirements, and within budget.

• Provide general support to program and support teams on grant management
• Advise on donor compliance and Plan International CAR regulations
• Ensure grants are implemented on time, according to requirements, and within budget

Requirements

• Contract governed by Central African Republic legislation
• Ability to produce quality deliverables within tight deadlines
• Experience in grants and finance
• Fluency in English (applications and CVs must be in English)
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for business purposes
• Commitment to child protection policies and procedures
• Motivated team player with enthusiasm for grant compliance and management
