Country Finance Manager

The Country Finance Manager (CFM) leads the finance function in Central African Republic, ensuring effective implementation of financial systems, controls, and compliance with organisational and donor requirements. As a member of the Country Leadership Team, the CFM contributes to strategic decision-making, provides financial guidance to management, and ensures sound financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function in Central African Republic ensuring effective implementation of financial systems and controls.
• Ensure compliance with organisational and donor financial requirements.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as a member of the Country Leadership Team.
• Provide financial guidance to management and ensure sound financial governance.

Requirements

• International position based in Bangui, Central African Republic with 30% travel required.
• Reports operationally to the Country Director and functionally to the Hub Finance Director (Cameroon).
