Manage integrated project activities including planning, monitoring schedules and budgets, team coordination, strategic partnerships, indicator tracking, information systematization, and technical and financial reporting to promote sustainable social impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects under responsibility ensuring achievement of goals, deadlines, budget and results.
- Coordinate and develop project teams providing technical support and continuous activity monitoring.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate project execution ensuring compliance with Plan International Brazil quality standards.
- Articulate and strengthen strategic partnerships with public bodies, civil society organizations, networks and actors of the System of Guarantee of Rights.
- Represent Plan International Brazil institutionally in thematic spaces, forums, networks and advocacy instances.
- Ensure systematization of information in corporate systems and preparation of technical and financial reports for donors and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, resources and budgets efficiently and transparently.
- Coordinate production of educational materials, campaigns and communication actions linked to projects.
- Promote dissemination of good practices, lessons learned and knowledge generated by projects.
- Ensure compliance with national and global institutional policies, norms and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Public Policy Management, Social Work, Education or related fields.
- Experience coordinating social projects, preferably with international funding.
- Experience managing and leading multidisciplinary teams (analysts, educators, consultants).
- Knowledge of program evaluation cycles (baseline, mid-term, final) and monitoring & evaluation (M&A).
- Experience preparing narrative and financial reports for donors.
- Experience articulating with public bodies and the System of Guarantee of Rights (SGD).
- Experience in advocacy and political incidence, preferably in Sustainable Development and/or employability.
- Experience managing partners such as CCA, CJs, CEU among others.
- Knowledge of themes: Youth Employability, Apprenticeship Law, Financial Education, Entrepreneurship, Children's Rights, Gender Equality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and Monday.
- Desirable English language skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Negotiation and institutional articulation skills.
- Desirable postgraduate and/or master's degree in related area.
