See your match score & applyThe Administration Technical Assistant supports daily implementation of Human Resources and Logistics processes, providing timely and quality support services to ensure efficient office functioning and achievement of organizational objectives in compliance with NRC policies and donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes for new staff, contract preparation, employer applications and local inductions, ensuring proper documentation management and updating of personnel files both physical and digital.
- Manage payroll ensuring correct application of salaries, deductions, taxes, withholdings and labor benefits, as well as staff registration and deregistration with competent entities.
- Prepare the Single Payroll and Personnel Withholding Report, coordinate payroll payment approvals and employer contributions with Finance, ensuring proper documentation in Office 365.
- Support staff offboarding processes including liquidation calculations, dismissal letters, resignation responses, mutual agreements, pre-notice letters, and deregistration with local entities, ensuring compliance with legal and NRC regulations.
- Support implementation of staff welfare and care plans, control of absences, licenses, permits and vacations, and inventory management of visibility items.
- Perform other delegated tasks to meet job objectives.
- Support registration, updating and maintenance of RAC system (asset control system).
- Assist in asset delivery according to final disposition (sale, donation for office closure).
- Support logistics and administrative activities for area actions.
- Ensure physical file shipment to CO office.
- Support procurement and contracting procedures ensuring necessary documentation for process closure.
- Maintain unified and updated supplier database for the office.
- Assist in report preparation and submission to CO office or as requested.
- Support audit processes related to procurement.
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor to meet job objectives.
Requirements
- University studies in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administrative, logistics and human resources processes.
- Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Ability to organize, follow up and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working in humanitarian, international cooperation or development organizations.
- Ability to work in complex, dynamic and changing environments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Service orientation and ability to work with various support areas and programs.
