See your match score & applyThe PCU Leader is responsible for ensuring the continuous update and alignment of commercial agreements across the three European Supply Centers for products not under specific strategy or contract. The role involves leading and innovating processes and tools to facilitate seamless replenishment and procurement activities throughout the year, fostering collaboration among buyer teams and stakeholders, and supporting supplier relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities related to the Annual Price update for Medical and Logistic Products.
- Lead the Annual Price update for Medical & Logistic Products.
- Data management and documentation preparation.
- Deliver a harmonized database in the adequate format to be used in the sourcing Tool.
- Support the team with regards to supplier communications during the process.
- Be the focal point with the Sourcing Tool editor/integrator.
- Support the team during the analysis of the proposal.
- Refine the RFQ process for Medical Products or implement alternative methods to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
- Lead efforts to coordinate activities ensuring up-to-date commercial conditions for Logistical Categories not under contract or global strategy and define structural process for year-on-year replication.
- Support the development of the required enablers to streamline the cooperation of Commercial Conditions Management across the European Supply Centers.
- Facilitate data cleanup and alignment all along the year.
- Coordinate the integration of newly negotiated commercial conditions across the Supply Centers, ensuring databases are updated.
- Establish the required forums and communication channels to ensure proper exchange of information.
Requirements
- Masters level in data management, project management or supply chain related fields or combination of relevant education and professional experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement and/or data analyst positions in complex organizations.
- Experience in Project management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in the use of sourcing Tools is a strong asset.
- Having an MSF experience and knowledge is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.
- Advanced level skills in Excel, power BI and database management.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- Drive for change, improvement and innovation.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Fluent spoken and written French is a strong asset.
