The Compensation & Benefits Mobile Implementation Officer supports the implementation of new Rewards Review policies and maps current Compensation & Benefits policies across MSF projects. The role involves training HR managers, coaching HR advisors, and managing change to ensure a fair and equitable system balancing cost effectiveness and talent retention.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide with the implementation of the new Rewards Review (RR) policies and deliverables
  • Map the current implementation of C&B policies and identify deviations and bottlenecks
  • Propose policies/process improvements based on concrete challenges
  • Train HRCO’s and HR managers on the Global Rewards framework and existing C&B policies
  • Actively coach HR Advisors and HRCOs to implement the HR common framework using a data-driven approach
  • Gather feedback for data-driven policy improvements and new developments
  • Participate in institutional training and relevant events
  • Identify risks and opportunities arising from the implementation of RR or any other HR changes
  • Consider the social, legal, and financial implications when making a recommendation
  • Communicate changes effectively and coherently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical and/or specialist HR function related to Compensation & Benefits
  • Previous MSF experience is compulsory
  • MSF HRCo experience is a strong asset
  • In-depth knowledge of MSF HR processes and tools
  • Innovative thinking and solution oriented
  • Ability to articulate complex messages to diverse audiences, influencing others to embrace a common vision or goal
  • Collaborative team player with a deep understanding of organizational challenges and change processes
  • Knowledge of MSF OCB internal HR tools is an asset
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft 365 tools)
  • Proficiency in English or French, both written & spoken is mandatory
  • Proficiency in the second of these languages is a strong asset
  • Good knowledge of Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese is an asset
  • Candidates must already have a valid work permit with mention of "Unlimited access to the labor market" to work in Belgium
