Chargé de mission Data (F/H)

The Chargé de mission Data supports key projects related to data governance, quality, and information system transformation, particularly the international NextSpin project for replacing the Master Data Management tool. The role acts as a data focal point for MSF Logistique, coordinating impacts, structuring needs, and supporting change management across data, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage impacts of the NextSpin (MDM) project for MSF Logistique.
• Act as the data focal point for the international NextSpin project.
• Represent and advocate organizational needs, constraints and challenges in international exchanges.
• Participate in workshops, working groups and steering committees related to NextSpin.
• Identify, analyze and anticipate impacts of MDM evolutions on data, processes, tools and business usage.
• Ensure coordination, communication and information sharing among business, IT, quality, data teams and international stakeholders.
• Collect, consolidate and structure contributions from business and data stakeholders.
• Conduct operational and organizational impact analyses and produce decision support syntheses and deliverables.
• Contribute to building and monitoring internal adaptation plans related to validated evolutions (processes, data and IT).
• Identify risks, dependencies and arbitration needs and prepare necessary elements for their review.
• Monitor actions, decisions and deadlines related to NextSpin for MSF Logistique.
• Support change control process implementation according to existing framework.
• Prepare and formalize elements needed for change validation by business and regulatory bodies.
• Support teams in understanding and adopting changes induced by the project.
• Contribute to transversal data projects and the Data Office.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP, reference data, data quality, data governance and business data processes.
• Provide analytical and methodological support on data expertise or change management topics.
• Promote good data and governance practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in data, information systems, project management, supply chain, data governance or equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in project environments, information systems, data, reference data, supply chain or data governance.
• Experience with information system transformation projects, ERP or Master Data Management (MDM) is highly appreciated.
• Strong skills in analysis and structuring of complex information.
• Ability to collect and formalize business needs.
• Experience in impact analysis on data, processes and tools.
• Ability to produce syntheses, decision support materials and structured deliverables.
• Experience in monitoring action plans, risks, decisions and deadlines.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Power BI for creating and monitoring models, datasets, dashboards and reporting.
• Comfortable with numerical data, able to identify inconsistencies, highlight points of attention and formulate operational recommendations.
• Knowledge of project management principles and ability to support change in a transversal environment involving business, IT, data and international stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and oral.
• Recognized rigor, analytical mind and synthesis capacity.
• Good communication skills, teamwork and ability to connect stakeholders with varied expertise.
• Autonomous, organized, proactive, able to manage multiple topics, prioritize actions and work in a transformation context.
