The intern will provide daily support to the NRC ICT team in managing the IT environment in the Ouagadougou office. They will contribute to strengthening the quality and compliance of operations according to internal rules and standards of the IT system.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the ICT team in managing the IT environment of NRC.
- Contribute to strengthening the quality and compliance of operations according to internal rules and requirements defined in the standards and procedures of the IT system within the Ouagadougou office.
Requirements
- Have at least BAC + 2 level in computer science or other qualifications in information technologies.
- Proficiency in computer use and data entry on Excel.
- Knowledge in development: Node.js / Express, Python (Flask / FastAPI), React / Typescript (frontend).
- Knowledge of modern development tools: GitHub, Docker etc.
- Good knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office, Cisco equipment, IT maintenance and network troubleshooting would be an asset.
