The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking an engaged student assistant to strengthen their social media presence and community management. The role involves responding to social media interactions, moderating discussions, contributing to content development, and analyzing engagement to support fundraising and awareness efforts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and comments on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
• Moderate debates and ensure constructive tone in comment sections.
• Contribute to idea development, campaigns, and content planning.
• Analyze engagement and provide input for improvements.
• Develop content using Canva for social media channels.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and active student in a relevant field such as communication, media, or social sciences.
• Strong grammar and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Experience with social media platforms, preferably with community management and content production for organizations or companies.
• Empathetic, independent, and responsible with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Brandwatch/Falcon is an advantage.
• Must be enrolled and active student throughout the employment period.
