Consultancy support to conduct light programme review of Djibouti Country Office

The consultant will support the light programme review of the Djibouti Country Office, facilitating reflections and strategic thinking to support programme and team management. The assignment is for 1.5 months with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring both remote and in-person work.

Requirements

• MA - Social Sciences, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, International Development or other relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience in an international development organization, supporting review processes, or facilitating strategic shifts of programmes.
• Experience with leadership in programme and team management
• Fluency in both oral and written French and English
• Great facilitation skills in stimulating reflections and strategic thinking.
• Prior UNICEF work experience and knowledge of MTR and country programme review processes are assets.
