E T Consultant (ERP S/4 Business Analyst)

The World Bank Group is seeking an ERP S/4 Business Analyst to support the transition and transformation of its finance ERP system from ECC to S/4HANA. The role involves supporting testing, business process improvements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical and business teams, and supporting user training and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the current ERP transition testing, user acceptance, and production readiness.
• Support ongoing improvement of business processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
• Coordinate with developers, integration teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Test configured solutions before release.
• Support user training and adoption activities.
• Educate users on SAP S/4HANA capabilities relevant to their business processes.

Requirements

• A Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the World Bank Group organization and operations and how technology is used in different parts of the organization, specifically knowledgeable in WBG Trust fund processes in the ERP.
• Proven ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix management and high-pressure environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional testing, defect resolution, and process validation.
• Experience preparing functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and other stakeholders.
