The Senior Change Manager will lead and coordinate the end-to-end transformation of the Tanzania Country Office to a partner-led model, ensuring effective, timely delivery with strong stakeholder ownership. The role involves working closely with leadership to plan and execute the transition roadmap, managing organizational change, and embedding sustainable change systems.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Country Director and Senior Leadership Team to plan, sequence, and execute the transition roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment and engagement of staff, partners, donors, and government stakeholders.
  • Manage organizational change across structure, culture, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Mitigate risks related to delivery continuity, reputation, staff transition, and partner capacity.
  • Embed sustainable change systems, not just short-term transition delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders including staff, partners, donors, and government.
  • Experience managing risks related to delivery continuity, reputation, staff transition, and partner capacity.
  • Strong skills in planning, sequencing, and executing transition roadmaps.
  • Ability to embed sustainable change systems beyond short-term delivery.
