Recruitment Outreach – Bangkok, Thailand

Asian Development Bank (ADB) is conducting recruitment outreach with 1-on-1 meetings in Bangkok, Thailand, to engage with pre-selected participants. The role supports ADB's mission to reduce poverty and improve quality of life in Asia and the Pacific through inclusive, resilient, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with pre-selected participants during the recruitment outreach visit in Bangkok
• Support ADB’s Talent Acquisition Division in identifying and engaging talent aligned with ADB’s key areas of impact
• Assist in the recruitment process by providing information and guidance to candidates
• Contribute to ADB’s mission to reduce poverty and improve quality of life in Asia and the Pacific

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
• At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ideally with international experience working in several countries
