Recruitment Outreach – Malaysia

Asian Development Bank (ADB) is conducting recruitment outreach in Malaysia to meet pre-selected candidates for potential roles supporting its mission to reduce poverty and improve quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. Candidates with relevant education and experience in various critical operational areas are encouraged to apply for 1-on-1 meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with pre-selected participants during the in-person visit to Malaysia
• Engage with candidates passionate about contributing to ADB’s key areas of impact
• Support ADB’s mission to reduce poverty and improve quality of life in Asia and the Pacific

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
• At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Preferably with international experience working in several countries
