See your match score & applyThe Gestionnaire en Prévoyance Professionelle will manage professional pension plans, supporting active insured members and beneficiaries in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves autonomous management of life event cases, client relations, and contributing to team projects including technical management internalization.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete pension plan files and contribute actively to quality service delivery
- Implement the pension plan and ensure follow-up of insured and retired members throughout their journey
- Handle routine and complex pension plan cases
- Calculate and execute benefit payments
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and upcoming evolution of management processes
Requirements
- CFC d’employé-e de commerce (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum of 6 years professional experience, including at least 3 years successful experience in professional pension plans or social insurance
- Additional training such as a federal certificate in professional pension plans or social insurance is an asset
- Prior experience in managing and monitoring disability cases is an advantage
- Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills combined with strong team spirit and strict respect for deadlines
- Proven ability to work in an international environment
- Strong computer and numerical skills with an analytical mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing, including on technical subjects
- Excellent command of French, both oral and written
- Good command of English
