The Reward Specialist will manage and lead the HR Services team focusing on employee lifecycle processes, reward and HR policies, and the HR Service Desk team to manage staff queries. The role involves overseeing policy exceptions, liaising with the Reward Policy team, and contributing to broader HR and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Employee Lifecycle team managing onboarding, relocation, and offboarding processes
  • Oversee provision of staff certifications ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Ensure clear and complete communications related to employee lifecycle processes and efficient administration
  • Liaise with Reward Policy team to review and apply policy exceptions consistently
  • Oversee systems and tools supporting employee lifecycle processes and lead enhancement projects
  • Manage the HR Service Desk team to ensure effective response to staff queries
  • Lead development of HR Service Desk including digitization of HR records
  • Ensure knowledge articles within ServiceNow platform are accurate and up to date
  • Manage and supervise Employee Lifecycle and HR Service Desk teams, providing direction, monitoring, and feedback
  • Ensure ongoing learning and development of reporting staff
  • Handle complex or unconventional policy and process related questions and problems

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or Public Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields, preferably at post-graduate level or its equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in various facets of human resource management, with international experience working in several countries, preferably in international development finance institutions or multinational organizations
  • Preferably affiliated with and/or certified/accredited by recognized professional HR related associations such as CIPD, IPMA, ASTD, etc.
  • International experience of working in organizations with staff in multiple countries
