See your match score & applyThe Project Management Intern will support project management activities related to the construction of the UNILA campus under the supervision of the Senior GDI Assistant. The role involves preparing reports, organizing activities, supporting gender, diversity and inclusion perspectives, and engaging with project teams and communities.
Responsibilities
- Support extension activities related to the construction of the UNILA campus.
- Assist in organizing activities and managing documents such as systematizing information and preparing documents and presentations.
- Support the integration of gender, diversity and inclusion perspectives in project activities.
- Support the implementation of the policy on protection and prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH).
- Support the articulation and mobilization of partnerships to promote decent employment.
- Support participatory activities with the community and project beneficiaries.
- Support awareness raising of the project team and community on human rights issues.
- Perform any other support functions related to the construction of the UNILA campus as assigned by direct supervision.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Anthropology, Political Science, Sociology, Social Work, Cinema and Audiovisual, Cultural Mediation, Public Health, Rural Development and Food Security, Public Administration, Public Policy, Architecture and Urbanism, Engineering or related fields.
- Desirable to be at least in the 3rd semester of undergraduate studies or enrolled in postgraduate studies.
- Desirable to have at least one experience related to the project theme in one of the three thematic lines, either in research, extension activities or work.
- Valued experience supporting project proposals, manuals, and academic reports.
- Valued to be an undergraduate or postgraduate student of UNILA.
- Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese.
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
