Supply & Logistics Associate

The Supply & Logistics Associate manages complex supply chain cases and client requests, providing end-to-end supply chain management and contributing to the design and development of improved supply chain services. The role involves supervisory responsibilities and requires advanced knowledge in supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education is required.
• Professional and/or university courses related to the field of work are highly desirable.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in Supply Management/Contracting/Logistics, Administration, Import/Export, Emergency, Transportation, and any other related fields.
• Required skills include Supply Chain Coordination, Policy Compliance, Vendor Relations, Logistics Reporting, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and English are required.
• Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian) or a local language is desirable.
• UN experience, international organization experience, UNICEF ERP System, Warehouse supervision, Supply Platforms, Acquisition frameworks is desirable.
• Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
