See your match score & applyThis position within UNICEF's Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division (PFP) BRIDGE Team focuses on strengthening fundraising and partnership outcomes by leading the development of strategic content, capacity-building initiatives, and knowledge management solutions. The role integrates programme and partnership expertise to secure high-value support and build impactful private and public sector partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations for the development of fundraising and partnerships content.
- Lead capacity building on programmes and the intersection with fundraising.
- Support partnership system optimization and team enablement.
Requirements
- An advanced university degree in communications, social sciences, marketing, public relations, business administration and management, or any other relevant subject is required. Alternatively, a first-level university degree in a relevant field with an additional 2 years of qualifying and relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in private and public sector engagement/fundraising is required, including at least two (2) years of experience in development programming.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder processes and projects is required.
- Experience in developing highly engaging capacity building initiatives and learning products for diverse audiences is required.
- Experience and solid understanding of audience interests across public and private sectors is required.
- Proven experience conceptualizing and developing fundraising content, learning initiatives, or knowledge products that address stakeholder needs and organizational priorities is required.
- Strategic thinking, storytelling for fundraising, audience analysis and segmentation, stakeholder engagement, planning and organization skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
- Experience within UNICEF or the broader UN system, including knowledge of UNICEF programmes and operations, regional or country office experience, and sustainability in the UN context, is desirable.
- Experience in ESG reporting is an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
