Consultant for Independent Review of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool for Refrigerators and Freezers Installations in Target Countries

Conduct an independent, end-to-end assessment of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool used by Supply Division Cold Chain Team and provide actionable recommendations to enhance its analytical robustness, governance and control of the environment, operational usability and strategic relevance for future procurement decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an independent, end-to-end assessment of the Service Bundle Pricing Tool used by Supply Division Cold Chain Team
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the tool's analytical robustness
• Improve governance and control of the environment
• Enhance operational usability
• Ensure strategic relevance for future procurement decision-making

Requirements

• Master of Business Administration, Economy, Finance or Supply Chain
• At least 5 years in Consulting on Service Contracting and Pricing for strategic commodities
• Experience in public sector, UN/UNICEF is an asset
• Experience in Service Contracting and Pricing (developing benchmarking tools)
• Supply Chain Management
• Cold Chain or Medical Equipment Management in low resource settings
• Fluency of English required, knowledge of any other UN languages is an asset
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and process large datasets
