Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing international, regional, and domestic legal instruments.
- Support the preparation of documents for meetings with Member States' Permanent Missions to the United Nations in New York.
- Support the organization of CTED meetings and seminars.
- Monitor relevant Security Council meetings and produce timely, concise briefing notes.
Requirements
- Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate degree programme in law (e.g. LLB, JD, LLM, PhD), international affairs, or political science.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Proficiency in another United Nations language is desirable.
