National Project Officer (Regular Pathways & Socioeconomic Integration)

The National Project Officer will support the implementation of projects related to regular pathways and socioeconomic integration of migrants in Guyana. The role involves coordination with government authorities, international organizations, and private sector entities to facilitate migration management and integration.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of human and financial resources management
• Good knowledge of the UN System, NGOs and other international organizations/institutions
• Knowledge of migration data, labour migration patterns in Guyana and ability to negotiate with government authorities
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relations with relevant Government counterparts, international organizations and private sector entities
